Vision
Nola Crt. is a rare pairing of architectural residences in a secluded Toorak cul-de-sac.
Everly’s vision for Nola Crt. is to collaborate with the finest architects and interior designers to create an extraordinary residential pairing. Fiona Lynch Interior Design and BG Architecture are renowned Australia-wide and have collaborated in this instance to produce a discerning residence of minimalist grandeur in a rare Toorak cul-de-sac.
The sculptural façade precedes interiors that combine a neutral palette of the finest timber & stone, living spaces of considerable proportion and generous outdoor terraces that encourage refined living and private enjoyment, all in Melbourne’s most exclusive suburb.

The Penthouse at Nola Crt. is a three bedroom residence with generous proportions and interiors curated to personal tastes by an award-winning designer. Four outdoor terraces feature across the two levels, one reached by a central winding staircase that emulates the sculptural exterior curves. In the basement, a triple garage space, wine cellar and ample storage are all securely accessed by lift.
Architecture
The Penthouse’s two upper levels are privately accessed by lift from Nola Crt’s shared entrance. A formal lobby opens to a guest’s wing with its own lounge, study, terrace and ensuite. The state-of-the-art kitchen and expansive butler’s pantry is completed by adjoining open plan dining and living areas that draw natural light from an generous private terrace.
Two large bedrooms with private ensuites and the master with its luxurious bathtub and adjoining walk- in robe, are located on the lower level.
