Designed by local architects, JRS Consult, the twin-homes at Alma Road combine an elegance and classic-aesthetic of a previous era thru the use of recycled bricks, coupled with a contemporary edge of full-height glazing, angled reveals and black frames.
Interiors
Clever use of skylights and
The interiors were carefully considered by JRS Consult, bringing some of the external brick detailing into the living area to craft a feature gas fireplace.
Other interior design features include sustainable Victorian Ash engineered flooring, stone benchtops, Miele appliances, multiple living zones with 100% wool carpet and a knock-out master ensuite featuring terrazzo stone flooring.
